I thought it was weird too... didn't even get a phone call from the office to see how i was doing. I don't plan on having my gall bladder removed again lol so not worried about that. I have heard that he is one of the best surgeons at that hospital, so it is probably routine now... I guess if you need them you call them.

I missed weigh in on Thursday due to visiting my mom in the hospital. Had a girls weekend but I was better then I could have been. This week I am hoping for a turtle :)

We do something similar, but we all bring in 12 gifts a year. Every week the biggest loser picks from 6 cards. If the card says yes, everyone who lost gets a gift too. If it says no, only the biggest loser gets a gift that week

I gave up alcohol between the time I was diagnosed with gall bladder issues and about three months after. I didn't notice a difference since I was still tracking my calories. Occasional drink should be fine, just record it. Try lighter versions of your favorite drinks if you can. Just my 2 cents :)

I had my Gall Bladder removed in October last year. I wasn't given a ton of instructions either! As for moving around I would say listen to your body. I went to an NHL hockey game 4 days later and after thought it was a little soon. But that next weekend I went to a girls weekend and was fine, just watched what I ate. You…
