I hear ya, I had lost 30 pounds then I sat down...oops, so I'm on top of it again too!

I love the Biggest Looser Cardio max, it has 3 different levels, the first level is about 40 minutes with warm up and cool down. I did 30DS as well, they both work your body differently, I switch it up between the two. I lost 20 lbs by doing the cardio max in about 5 months. I LOVE IT!! :)

I know it's hard to keep going sometimes, and we all know the end result is reflective of the effort we put in. But that effort is freaking hard as hell sometimes! What's helped me is the logging, if I stop logging, I get wayyyy to relaxed about what I'm eating! There are also some really great groups here that could aid…

I'm 5'2, I realized that I got to 180, last October... I joined MFP and am down to 147, Jillian Michaels and climbing stairs is working for me, I'd like to get to 120, I'm so close to being in a single digit pant size again!!! come on 9's!!!
