Not that iv ever kept it up long enough to lose it again...…

I was thinking that iv heard the 6 pack one is great aswell. Its the inches im more concerned about losing to be honest i just want to lose a couple of dress sizes, and you know what they say "no pain no gain" :wink:

I had the same problem, hate the gym! I have no confidence atall to go to the gym. Thats an amazing result aswell.

Wow thank you all so much for your replies! I am pretty good with healthy food and my portions arent very big, i used to eat until my plate was clear now i just eat until i am full. I will check out the facebook page also. i cant believe i had never heard of this before! So excited to get started :happy:

Yeh its a dvd got mine on amazon for £5 with free delivery! Bargain considering the results iv seen :smile: its meant to be super challenging but no pain no gain i guess! I just cant wait to see some results.
