To be honest I don't log it, I like to think of it as a bonus burn I don't know the amount of lol If you seriously want to log it use the following website to work out your Burn Calories... http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc Good Luck!!!

I prefer MFP myself, I spend most of the day logged in, as opposed to once a day log in to Facebook hahaha

I created my own exercise item for it as I now use a heart rate monitor. It generally still comes in the same as logging it as Cardio for 25mins though, roughly around 250 calories.

Jack Daniels and diet coke in a tall glass with extra coke for longevity at parties usually works for me. I rarely go over 3 drinks nowadays on nights out. Comes in at 79 calories per glass which is pretty good.

Absolutely right, as long as the weight loss keeps happening is all good in my opinion :) It has become an essential tool for me, and agree with the results graph. I myself cant wait for a pretty graph to be pleased with :)

I'm currently on day 9 of the Level 1 30 day shred. As a beginner like myself I like that it isn't too intense a workout, but still gets you moving and pushing yourself.

I agree. Wii Fit is very accurate. I would say my only issue with it is if you change the weight of the clothes your wearing. I always weigh myself in shorts and t-shirt and choose the same selection of 0+ for clothes weight. I know that my clothes don't weight that much and this way makes it more equal every weigh-in…
