I would count it as Walking at a slow pace...I count walking to the Child Care Center to pick up my kids as a 10 minute walk above and beyond my 60 minute run....I usually use it as my cool down..

I love having Yogurt and steamed veggies for lunch. The Grean Giant healthy vision veggies take 4 minutes in the microwave and have only 90 calories for the entire pkg (2 servings)...if you are able to heat it up before you head off to your next place.

About 900 calories per day depending on the frequency - every 2 hours 900, as the baby feeds less often I usually cut back a bit, but you should always add in a minimum of 600 calories to the recommended caloric intake that any site advises for nursing.

Cheerios - Yogurt Brust (I like the Strawberry) has 160 calories with the milk, and it tastes yummy....If you are not lactose intolerant anymore, the milk tastes like strawberry milk after the cereal is gone and you don't add anymore calories : )
