I'm feeling this right now. I've habitually had a snack between 8-9 p.m.....be it a bowl of cereal or whatever. It is a really hard habit to break..especially with PMS and the box of GS cookies staring at me that my husband got.

Same here. I'll be happy if I can get 5 more lbs off, but 10 is my ultimate goal. I've already lost 9 and I've been stuck losing and gaining the same half pound the last 2 weeks. BLAH. Some days I think I just am meant to be this weight and that's it! BUT...like others said, I've seen a major difference in how my clothes…
