  • I've read that Lemon water first thing in the morning is a gentle detox. Doesn't have to be so much you can't drink it though, I would start off with 1/4 of a lemon and see if that works. Good luck!
  • Yumm! I always put in cinnamon, I've read it boosts metabolism, and some kind of fruit. Either raisins, dried cranberries, blueberries (frozen or fresh), etc. The frozen blueberries are great to have around because it takes forever for them to go bad and you can add it to lots of things, cereal etc. Best Wishes!!
