yea you just have to plan take some fruit and nuts protein shakes make a salad or if you buy lunch buy a salad. Drink your water.

Well said.. You might have to work out longer or add more weights. If it is easy and your not trying hard to get that last minute in or last rep in then you are not pushing your body to the limit. I had the same problem when i started to run. I talk to several runners they all said it the shoes. Losing weight is hard even if your tryig to lose 5 pounds. You just have to work hard everyday and if your body is sore that just meaning you are working hard. Chanange your body every day. Good Luck

My number is 112 I would not be happy untill I reach this goal number. I still feel too big for my height. I am only 5' 1" so my healthy BMI is 100-117 I think. But also I would like to be able to wear a bikini and those low rise shorts. So when I do reach my goal number then I will determine if I need to go down anymore.

Yea I know 6.2 miles is nothing but to me it's a biggg deal to me because I have never ran so much before. Well I did not finish the whole hour of running today, I put on the wrong shoes and I started to cramp up alot. I never knew how much shoes could effect your body. New day tomorrow.

Running today, I am hoping to just run on the tredmil for an hour straight. I have a 6 mile marathon coming up on the 28 of feb so I just want to be able to hang in there and not be one of the last ones to finish. I have never been a runner so it has been very challenging for me.
