I just ordered the DDP Yoga plan just waiting on hrm and dvds but get online access for 3 months. This looks more doable then the Beachbody stuff.

Someone gave me a Norditrack and it is not as easy as it looks any tips on doing this? I have managed to do it a bit but without the arms.
