I keep a personal blender at work and pack my lidded cups with spinach and fruit for a green smoothie. Sometimes I bring in a cup of Greek yogurt. I also keep some Lean Cuisines in the freezer when I don't have time in the morning to prep anything.

I sometimes eat eggs for breakfast. Usually egg beaters scrambled up with some soy chorizo. Lots of protien and flavor, not a lot of calories. Good idea about having them for dinner, because lately I've only had enough time to blend up my produce smoothie for breakfast.
