As of October 13, I walked 68.5 miles and 147,160 steps. I really need to step up my walking for the rest of the month. I have been slacking.

As of October 7, I walked 39.9 miles and 88,184 steps.

As of October 4, I have walked 19.1 miles and 44,389 steps. I need to increase my steps and miles. But, this weekend was very busy cleaning and not getting a lot of steps in.

My goals for October are: 180 miles, 400,000 steps and 10 miles biking. I exceeded all of my goals in September except for biking.

As of September 29, I walked 179 miles and 402,549 steps. I have completed my goals for everything except for riding the bike. I will not meet it. Today it is going to be raining. Maybe tomorrow, but won't be a long ride. My weekends were spent doing quality time with friends and family in September.
