This Challenge is perfect! I just resolved to stop eating after 7:00, and then found the Challenge. This added accountability is an awesome tool! :) April goal: No snacking after 7pm 26/30.

Maybe you could acknowlege that you are going to binge and go off plan occasionally by planning for it. Buy something you like that is still healthy and won't ruin you day, but is still tasty. Baked chips versus fried. Dark chocolate versus milk. And put it somewhere out of the way. On top of the kitchen cabinets or under…

Today was awesome! Kicked that blue to the curb! I have noticed if I'm feeling out of sorts or down, exercise invariably helps give me a mood boost, especially if I'm outdoors or in the company of a friend.

Although I still have a way to go, I have lost 50 pounds prior to MFP. What has worked for me over the past few years has been a combination of support, diet moderation, exercise, fun, and prayer. I joined a 90 Challenge at my gym twice in the past year and that has helped tremendously. Working with a team for support and…

This is an excellent idea, but not as easy as it first seems! Some days, it's just not easy finding a lot of positive about yourself. Okay, enough whining! Here are some things I like about me: 1. I'm a terrific wife and mother. I love my husband and kids, and they love me back. I keep everyone on schedule and taken care…

Looks like a good workout for tomorrow. I don't have a playground ball, but I think a yoga block will be a good substitute! Thanks for the Challenges and your hard work, Crystal! (I'm assuming that's your name  )

Hello, my name is Shelly and I've been looking for just this type of a challenge. I'm 49, 5'9", weigh 198 currently, but my goal weight is 160ish. I belong to a gym and have tried a variety of exercise and training from CrossFit to TRX to Piloxing. I like variety. Exercise isn't really my problem.... more like putting down…
