I dont know anything about binge eating but I do know that when I look at where I've come from and where I'm going (weightwise) I feel a whole lot better about the slip ups I do have - and we all have them don't we?   • I like peanut butter and Jam (jelly) on toast so I tried that combination in my morning oatmeal too it was really good, I mixed it in the bowl once it was cooked, the heat of the oatmeal melted it all together.
