  • I'm 5'7 and weigh 189lbs. I do weigh my food and log everything! I think being 47 has something to do with it. Not as easy to lose now as it was in my 30's!

  • probably not eating enough and your body will hold it. I eat breakfast ,lunch,snack,dinner and sometimes dessert. I try to keep around 1100-1200 cal. I don't withhold foods(love sweets) but I limit them so then I don't crave. 1-2 lbs a week is normal so don't stress too much. Stay strong,you can do it! :)
  • I try to record everything regardless of the calories so I don't start slacking and think such and such is ok and just a little so whatever. I couldn't believe that 2 tbs of half and half is about 40 calories. I was having like 4 cups of coffee and not thinking of how many calories were in the 1/2 n 1/2. I measure out…
  • you can cut up some fruit, add some flax seed or sprinkle cinnamon on it. Cinnamon helps with cholesterol too.:happy:
