YES!! I get one that is 99% cocoa! It's by Lindt and 1 - 2 square is more than enough to satisfy especially with a hot cup of tea :) Editing to add* I'm sorry I missed the idiocy that went on! Looks like the perp removed herself! LOL

This site will help a LOT. Log in everyday, log everything you eat without exception, even if it's bad. Logging keeps you accountable and I find, at least for me, that is the major component to losing weight. If you can't see what you are eating you will be putting in too much. And maybe walk...that's it...just count and…

It also can result in long term problems, especially knee issues. Foot strike should be the ball of the foot, this produces a slightly faster motion as well as eliminating many problems in the long run..no pun intended ;)

Yep! I have a food scale and I make sure to have the right serving sizes. The HRM is something I NEED to get!

I never even look at the chit chat posts. People should be able to communicate in whatever way they like I suppose, I don't play though. I have never based a relationship on the way a person looks, for me the most attractive part of a man is his brain! I'm a bit of a dork though so perhaps my oppinion doesn't count! It…

THIS!! I'm 5'3 38DD store brand and 36G in specialty shops and I run over 3 miles with ease. My doctor knows I run and encourages me to do so, my weight when I started running was 168 and I'm 146 now. Get a good sports bra, I personally wear a good regular bra with a champion sport bra over top and i'm held in place nicely…

Try it and see! You won't know if you don't try right and it certainly won't hurt you to do it. If you have any kind of intolerance for it you'll know within a week of cutting it out.

It's so nice that your Hubby is doing it with you! As far as P90X well it is tough...I only got through a 1.5 months last year but right now I'm on day 53 of Insanity and it's been great!! I also have 30 Day Shred, I have watched through it but I haven't done it and to be honest I think I might find it a bit boring after…

I agree with karaks. Im on day 46 today, the first month(for the most part) I thought "There is NO way I can do this" NOW I feel great AND the workouts are tougher but I have gained strength over time. I modified and went slower when I needed to with the goal being to just get better. The whole time you watch the dvds all…

Aww.. Don't take it so personally! A LOT of people post a LOT of stuff on these boards and then preach it with no flexibility, problem is that it's not quite right. Had you posted and stated that you were copying it from somewhere else, and just trying to "help" the response probably would have been much different.

Buahahahaha!

I like it simple, place the cod fillets on a baking sheet. Half a tsp of olive oil drizzled over each, garlic powder, salt pepper and a bit of paprika or a yummy fish seasoning, like dill and herb. Bake for 20 -25 min depending on the thickness of the fillets. I usually serve with a tomato salad or a I make a chopped salad…
