Oh hey there! I'm 47 and just starting over really..I was on mfp forever ago when I started getting in shape at 38..got to my best ever and over time I tanked :neutral: SO a few years have gone by and I'm back trying to just feel good in my own skin. Feel free to add me :smile:

If you have the fit bit app just pull down to synchronize, wait a minute and open the mfp app and it should update there as well.

I think you are right on track! Building muscle now will be what smoothes out that skin for you. A continental breakfast can be really good...scrambled eggs..lot's of fruit..probably some cottage cheese and I'm sure you can get some whole wheat toast. As far as travelling I would probably ziplock some nuts, some low cal wheat crackers (you can premeasure the baggies)or 100 calorie snacks..and bottles of water.

Sheesh...been a crumby run! However, you are on a roll right now! You do what you gotta do, get yourself right and when your'e ready, you can wine and dine and fall in love alllllll over again :) I'm an active logger and I exercise everyday..Im sending a friend request! I use it! I have both liquid and powder. I like the liquid better for tea(I don't sweeten coffee)but I don't add sweetner to much else. I also found that through the summer in my humid kitchen that the powder stuff kind of got hard and even though I could still crack it up and use it, it was a pain.

Both of these brands are great! I prefer McCanns as well but the one I get isn't instant. Even my 7 year old would rather eat the steel cut oats than the rolled oats.
