Hello
I am new here and I have been using myfitnesspal for a week I have my fitbit sync for the exercise info when I walked 10000 steps twice earlier in the week and an extra 400 to 500 calories has been allocated today I have walked the same route fitbit shows I have done 12000 steps and used 721 on the walk but in my daily diary myfitness pal has only allowed 78 extra calories has anyone else had the same?

Check to see the time that mfp successfully synchronized by clicking on the little "i" that will provide you with information about the details of the adjustment.

Also keep in mind that depending on the time of day your calories may reduce a little bit by midnight if your activity level reduces in the evening.

If you have the fit bit app just pull down to synchronize, wait a minute and open the mfp app and it should update there as well.
