I am a serial binger too. I do it in secret, so my husband can't judge me. :( He knows I do it though. I am actually not overweight- I exercise every day to maintain my weight, even though I am eating rediculous amounts of calories some days. I haven't figured out how to curb it, but I am learning what triggers it. I.E.…

I started running with c25k also. I lost about 20 pounds from running alone- even though I still havent figured out the eating part. As long as you can get past the 5 minuter and the 8-20 minuter- you're golden! Running is the best!!

Sounds like you are doing amazing! I started at an 11.5 min mile, and am now a graduate of c25k at a 9.5-10 min mile for a 5k. You should be so proud of yourself! I LOVE running! It really does become an addiction :)

I have experienced similar. I could diet till I was blue in the face and never lose weight. When I started running, it was the magic that set everything in motion. I still lose very slowly- but at least its moving! I'm very impressed that you ran a 5k five times in a week, and it sounds like you are pretty new to running?…

I am in the same position- started running this summer and LOVE it. Can't imagine quitting in the winter. I was going to tough it outside, but I think I will just use the machines at my work. Not as good of a workout, but increasing the distance and incline should do it. Beats freezing my tushie off! Either way I think I…

You have it spot on! It is a lifestyle, and I am doing this for ME only!!! It feels so good to say that and mean it. I can't believe your on to a 10k already! That is incredible. I think for now, my goal would be to just do a faster 5k. ( I finished in 32 min)

I am really hoping to do the color run next year. Was it your first one? Super impressed that you ran through your pregnancy. Congrats on your son!

I recognize that desperation! Why not buy 5 lean cuisine meals instead! Same portion size at a fraction of the price. Cub has them everyday for 2.09 a piece now. Good luck dear!
