I did some last week but didn't follow the schedule so starting this week on the schedule. I had a great weight loss last week of 5lbs so I am hoping for great results this week following the program. I am not doing the food just the workout.

I have just restarted it. I like it. The workouts go quick. I am on day 2. I ordered it a year ago also did it for a few days and quit. The recipes that come in the kit are really good also.
