  • Yesterday I got 10 DUs in a row!! Then I got really excited and tripped all over the rope! LOL! Kept getting about 4-5 in a row, but was getting tired... Also, last week I did hand stand pushups with bands! I know it's still with bands, but WOW those are hard! Doing it again in today's WOD. Definately getting stronger!
  • Yesterday I set a new PR for split jerk at 145 lbs. AND in a WOD that ended with 30 pullups, I used a large and small band instead of two large bands and did 17 kipping pullups in a row--the rest came slower, but did it with these bands! I was pretty proud. Hopefully soon I can only have one band.

  • Well, first attempt was terrible! my lower back locked up and only made it to 130 wall balls. Yikes... Gonna rest and do this thang again! I know I can do wall balls and double unders!! Not worried about MUs, can't do them, but just getting to them will be success! Check in w ya on Sunday!
  • Don't take away from yourself what a great step this is!! GREAT job and keep it up! Can't do more than about 10 knee ups on the bar myself w/o my hands being on fire--keep it going!!

  • Started Crossfit in Nov and I'm totally hooked! Yesterday I did a new 1 rep max PR on deadlift of 255 lbs! YES!
