MFP doesn't post the second workout as its own announcement, but it does amend the original one to update the calories burned. I agree though, it would be nice to see a second post. Kind of nice to get that "reward" for the effort.

Crock pots are great for when you have class. Its so convenient to just dump everything into the crock pot in the morning and not have to worry about it the rest of the day. Not exactly fast, but definitely worry free. One of my favorites is Cranberry Chicken because I can use skinless chicken thighs and they are cheaper…

Watch out for processed foods. I go over on my sodium especially on days where I've eaten prepackaged foods.

Exercise ball. One minute I was doing sit-ups on my exercise ball the next my back was crashing to the hard floor. It's a pretty rotten feeling breaking workout equipment because you're so fat.

Welcome. If you like a friend feel free to add me. What really helps me in counting my calories is to decide in the morning and log it all then. That way I know what I am eating for the day and how many calories it will be. It allows me to make adjustments before I eat and can't do anything about it.
