This happens to me too! I have tried to save a "treat day" for my weight in day. If I have been good all week, meaning I met my exercise and calorie goals, I will get whatever I have been craving on my treat day. 50/50 in my case. He gets bonus points for flying to Fl. to watch me run my first 1/2 marathon!!! We are running our first race together in June, a 5K. He says he wants to run a longer race because he was jealous of my medal :) Let's hope he follows through... it would be awesome!

What a great victory! I started running a few years ago to help with weight loss. Then I gained it all back (sigh) and now I'm back to running and logging with MFP. I ran my first half marathon in January. You can do it!!!! Sometimes it is just getting out the door and taking the first steps :happy: Keep it up!
