This sounds heavenly! Just a quick question...how well do the peices hold together? I have to make a bar of some sort for my son's 8th grade choir soup/salad/bar fundraiser on the 9th.

I just saw an advertisement for "50 #1 workout hits". I know I saw it on Amazon available for downloads. In our house we are into Kutless, MercyMe & Newsboys (among others). I pop in a cd and the next thing I know I have worked out for 30-40 minutes. I can't wait to be healthy enough to do this again!

Mercyme "Move" is a great song!! I also love Kutless. There are loads of Christian musicians out there that will get your blood pumping!
