Way to go. I have type 2 as well and am currently pregnant with my 5th child. I definitely will look up this diet and see how I can use it since I want to be able to control my numbers better.

Yeah cereal can be very helpful Kellogs has a new cereal called Jumbo multi-grain krispies and it has 3g (11%) FIBER per serving. 1 cup is only 90 cals and it's sweet!

Wow way to go! That is great for 1 week. sometimes people will lose nothing or gain and then the next week you get a big surprise. Keep up the good work.

Hello everyone I'm Sylvia. I'm 26 married with 2 children. I'm really excited about being able to get back on track. Out of everything that i've done the counting calories has worked best for me. I used to write it in a journal and then it was so much work I gave up. With this it should make it better.
