I completed the 30 Day Shred a few years ago. It was the program that kicked off my weight loss. It works if you stick to it!

When we go to Disney we usually get the dining plan - I let the diet go while I'm there. Just enjoy your time there and the food and you can get back on track when you get home! I gained 7 pounds back while we were there in August, just jumped right back into my diet and exercise routine and it came off in about a week.

My husband and I bought a cheap ellipitcal at Sears a few years ago and we keep it in our basement. I try to jump on it every night for about a half hour. It's boring and I need to watch TV while I'm on it! He always goes on it for about a half hour every other night. He's got knee problems so we went with the elliptical…

Thanks for starting this group! Day 3 of level 1 tonight... I am going to add 30 minutes of the elliptical every other day, as well.

I'm in! I just did my second day of level 1 last night. I did a round last February with 3 lb weights, this time I'm using 5 lbs. The push ups and lateral raises still kill me!

I think Swiss Miss has a Diet hot chocolate, it is only 25 calories per pouch. I keep some in the house and at work for when I am craving chocolate and don't feel like tea. I don't like coffee.

I think so! I try to have a cup after dinner, the warmth fills me up so I don't snack. I also loved unsweetened iced green tea from Starbucks for a treat!

I weigh in everyday but I've only been logging on Wednesdays. I used to log everyday but my chart was all over the place.

A Pure Protein or Think Thin bar and a banana. Sometimes I'll make a protein bar if I'm not running too late... I always eat in my car on the way to work! :)

Same thing at my office - I try to stay out of the kitchen and drink green tea all afternoon. One of the girls downstairs has a jar full of Halloween candy and pretzels on her desk right now, it is so hard to stay away! We also have a fridge stocked with free pop and Vitamin Water that we can drink all day. When I think of…

Pepperidge Farm Goldfish bread toasted with tbsp of peanut butter, cup of strawberries, 4 strips of turkey bacon, and a vanilla Kroger Carbmaster yogurt. I am so hungry in the morning!

Necklace is a great idea! I had to take mine in to get sized from an 8.5 to 6.25 after I lost 50lbs. GREAT FEELING!
