  • Day 10 Plyo Cardio Circuit DONE! I'm glad my body is adapting and these workouts are getting easier. It allows me to push harder and get an overall better workout. Took far less breaks than the last few workouts so that's great too! Good luck with your workout today everyone...keep pushing!!!
