  • I'm with you! But I've been doing 30 minutes per day. Just 30 minutes. It goes by really quickly, and it's not mentally overwhelming. And because I'm not going all out and jumping in with both feet like I have in the past, it feels very sustainable. On the weekend I've been going hiking with the family, and we love that.…
