I want to fit back into my size 10's again...I will be extremely happy with size 12...I am a 14 now! Refuse to buy 16's (even though, I really need to..LOL)

I have learned that if I deny myself my favorite foods...that I just gain my weight back after losing...(yes, I am a yo-yo dieter--losing the same 20-30 pounds over and over!!).....I absolutely love cherry sundrop. I allow myself one every morning and allow it in my 1200 calorie diet plan...I don't feel deprived anymore…

I know....I have googled it and saw all the comments and reviews...reading all of that just made me really start to make me wonder about it....it must be just pyschological....but if it helps....I guess it is worth it....maybe....
