Quite glad I'm in a different country..........phew! lol cheers!! Disagree with space I've done dvds etc before and always need space to jump and kick out legs and just haven't got it in my place the at the moment!!

I think thats the issue I don't have much weight to loose but just want to tone up what I have!! I would do more indoors but don't have the space lol I'm naturally lazy and if you offer me a sofa I'll sit on it! I do love going when I'm there...its just getting there...lol Need a swift boot up the backside! lol
