Added, good luck.

Yes this is exactly how I deal with it. I treat my calories as if they are money and spend them on things I eat during the day. If I can't afford something, I either don't eat it or I go for a walk with my fitbit to earn those extra calories (Money). You could take it even further and bank some of your calories for the…

For situations like this I use the app drivebit, you start it when you start driving or washing up etc and press finish when you've completed the activity. It will then remove any steps accumulated during that period. Alternatively you could manually add driving in the fitbit exercise log, just remember to make a note of…

Hi. Welcome to the community, I have sent you a friend request. I notice you also use a fitbit as one of your fitness weapons, feel free to add me over there as I'm always up for a new challenge! https://www.fitbit.com/user/38KRYB

The Ionic is by far more comfortable then…

I can recommend Fitbit. I currently use an Ionic (their smartwatch) and a Blaze for backup and when the Ionic is charging. The big plus the Fitbit's have over the Apple watch is battery life, my Ionic can go around 5 days between charges (depending on usage) and the Blaze around 4 (mine is well over a year old so this is…

Hi I'm Nathan, Eton Windsor. I'm 31 years old and looking to lose around 17kg to reach my goal of 60kg for my height of 5'6. This is my second time here after reaching my goal of 60kg total weight the first time. Cut a long story short, lost my way and gained most of it back again, so here I am again.... Certainly finding…

Agree with the previous posts, the trend is the most important part. So pick one and try to be as consistent as possible. I would also favour a digital scale over a mechanical one, I find it easier to read and I believe the springs in the mechanical ones wear over time.

Feel free to add me, always up for a fitbit challenge. http://www.fitbit.com/user/38KRYB

I use the Fitbit Aria myself. Good scale, obviously links with Fitbit as expected and also Myfitnesspal. You will also earn weightloss badges with the Aria which can be good motivation encouragement for some.
