Hello, we are looking for a good scale that does bofldy fat that will sync with myfitnesspal and or fitbit apps. Please recommend which ones are good, please.

    Any method of body fat measurement done using BIA is not accurate. Don't waste your money. There are other scales which you can pair with MFP that just track your weight.

    I use the Fitbit Aria myself. Good scale, obviously links with Fitbit as expected and also Myfitnesspal.

    You will also earn weightloss badges with the Aria which can be good motivation encouragement for some.

    The Garmen vivifit and scale are supposed to work with MFP, but it doesn't work well.
