I tried increasing the calorie count to include the calories I was burning while exercising. I cut the calories. I ate mostly protein, then I tried increased carbs. NOTHING…
  • I have been exercising regularly, documenting my calorie intake and eating my exercise calories and I have not lost one pound. Almost 12 weeks. :(
