My weight is 211.6 lbs. I have lost 4.4 lbs since 1 January 2013. My eating habits can still improve. I added exercise (walking the dogs). I think the weight loss is water and few calories burned with exercise.

I usually eat salad or a cheese sandwich for lunch. My problem is breakfast. I battle to eat breakfast.

I am tracking calories and amount of water I drink. I have recently begun exercising. I walk the dogs. We began with 10 minute walk of 700 meters. My idea is to increase it until we walk 30 minutes.

I am Retha Groenewald and I live in South Africa. I need to lose a lot. I would love to loose about 100 lbs and become fit again. The exercising is very difficult for me at the moment. I begun walking the dogs.

I have trouble with exercising. I began walking the dogs - one overweight and one skinny. I am not happy with the level of unfitness. I hope I will keep on exercising and not become discouraged because it is exhausting and very little calories are burned.
