  • I would like to join you. I have done the 30 day shred in the past and had some good results. I haven't exercised all summer and would like to start again. Ht: 5'1" SW: 122 BUST: 32.5 WAIST: 31 HIPS: 35.5 THIGHS: 22 GW : 115 My goal is to do 6 days of the shred with one day of rest. Good luch to all
