  • Same here, I think that's what Mum's do, give everything to the kids and forget ourselves until we hit a "wall". Just sent you a friend request. To anyone else, I also am looking for FP friends. Single mum of one autistic child, I am ready for some serious self care !!!

  • I just started two days ago...I too am a disabled veteran. Gulf War Illness. I have ALOT of physical problems now, but, I can control what food I put into my body and hopefully keep my body as healthy as possible. Keep moving forward, good to see another vet.:happy:
