I try to ask myself, if I am looking to eat, if I am really hungry or just bored to where I am feeling that I want to eat. A lot of times I will put it down and walk away. Don't be discouraged. Today is a new day and things will balance themselves out. Don't let one bad night get you down for too long.

I burn the calories I eat, then usually burn about 300 more on top of it ;) (editing again because I am talking about the calories I go over on my daily allowance according to MFP!)

I was 327 at the beginning of the year and am now 88 lbs lighter. It has taken a bit of will power and eating smaller portions and more often. I eat every 2 hours or so. I still eat what I want though and keep track of my calories religiously. Add me if you would like. Good luck! :)

Being from Cincinnati, I have to say Great American Ballpark is an awesome stadium ;) I have been to Wrigley and U.S. Cellular as well and each stadium presents their own unique qualities to love. I am hoping to head north this summer to catch an Indians game. Go Reds!

bump! Thanks for this post...I have had success since the first of the year by losing 40 and eating around 1200 calories per day and not eating those workout calories back...but this makes sense. I started using MFP on 1-6-12 and have lost 36 lbs since then. I eat every 2-3 hours (sticking with snacks around 100 calories and main meals 300-400 calories). I pay 19.99 a month at Planet Fitness. I could have went for the $10 membership (limited to home gym only), but paying double allows me to bring in 1 guest everyday, I can visit any Planet Fitness and can use the massage chair/bed, as well as free tanning. It comes with a 39.99 annual fee, but I think it is worth it ;)
