Cravingfreedom: I recently found myself craving sweets constantly...this is weird for me as I am usually more of savoury girl. i think you need to shake things up. Take the "snacky" foods away completely for at least a week...2weeks would be better. Try going back to apples, celery etc. but add protein to those snacks…
