  • Has anyone got any helpful tips to gettinh through this Norovirus. I don't want take in too many calories but Lucazade is so high in calories I don't know of anything else to try. I'm not managing to keep much inside, it seems to gurgle round my stomach quickly after eating then out in whichever direction it feels! Jayne
