I have the same problem, but maybe not as hectic. But I work all day and have 3 kids to take care of when I get home! I have ask people what I should do too. Do you get a break at work? Bring a change of clothes to work and go walk somewhere...even if its just around the building. Or find a close by neighborhood to walk…
