I'm 5'9" and started at 175. Most people didn't even think I needed to lose weight then, but I wanted to and needed to. My highest weight was 202 when I went into labor with my youngest (now almost 3). My lowest was 145 my junior/senior years of high school. My original goal weight was 160, but I lost passed that to 155…

I'm actually past my goal of 145. I weighed in this morning at 143. I'm working on building muscle at this point. Wouldn't care if I didn't lose any more, or if I put a few pounds back on from muscle toning.

Most people are going to tell you they don't log their cleaning, because it's sort of an everyday activity. They only log deliberate exercise. This is what I do. I don't log anything unless it's actual "exercise." Unless I go out and do something I wouldn't normally do, say push-mow the yard.... then I'd log that.

I've been at this since the beginning of 2012. I've only worked out at home. I've done Zumba (the actual DVD's plus some from Youtube to songs that are more up-to-date), walking (outside when the weather was nice), and now I do Fitnessblender videos (you can find them on Youtube or www.fitnessblender.com). I've lost 30…

My NSV lately has been my hubby calling me "tiny." I'm 5'9" and no matter how little I weigh, never feel "tiny" so this makes me smile! Gotta love him!

I did the 30 Day Shred back in July/August. I didn't have weights and so I used canned food that equalled about 1.5 pounds a piece. They were too light. I got 5 pound weights toward the end, and was able to use those for most of the workout, although they were too heavy for some parts (no upper body strength whatsoever,…

Didn't get to work out because I'm recovering from the flu. No energy, not feeling too hot at all. However, have managed to be at my lowest weight due to this illness.... won't count it though. Sucks not being able to exercise or eat what I want. Happy New Year all!

MFP allows me 1730 per day (to lose .5lb/wk). I usually exercise 30-45 minutes at least 4-5 days a week. This usualy gives me 150-200 extra calories of which I almost always eat back some.

She could look into Fitnessblender. Their videos are on Youtube. They have several that say beginner. She would just have to search through them. She could always skip any part that she couldn't do. Most of these videos are fairly short and have more than one round, so I do one round of one type of workout (ex. legs) then…

Right now I'm a SAHM, so I have some flexbility. I either work out (using online exercises- such as Fitness Blender on YouTube) mid-moring (about 10 or 11) or at night when the kids are in bed (about 9). On weekends, if the weather is nice, I might go for a walk at the warmest point of the day and I take the kids with me.…

You are absolutely gorgeous! Great work!

I'm 5'9" with a medium frame (I think). I started out in January at 175 lbs wearing a 12/14; my original goal was 160, then 155, then 150. Now I hover between 147-150 and am wearing a 8/10. Not really looking to lose any more weight, just maintain/ tone up!

1. Stronger 2. Leaner 3. Awesome!

I have not eliminated any food from my daily intake. I refuse to give anything up. I have been able to get from 175 to 148-150 without giving up anything. I do log all my calories, but if it fits into my day and I want it- I eat it. Just my own personal experience.

You look beautiful, and what a wonderful-looking family!

You look absolutely amazing! Congratulations on reaching your goal... and making new ones! I love your attitude and your convictions. Love that you realize you were wonderful before, and that the weight didn't change how much you deserved or how great you were. Such a great message! Keep up the good work and enjoy your…

I've done the Shred before, but restarted today. You can do it! It's hard and some of it's not fun (after awhile I totally muted Jillian and listened to the radio), but it does work. Good luck!

I'm 5'9" and wear an 8/10 or 11 in pants, and smalls and mediums in tops. I weigh 149 (as of this morning!) I have trouble with pants fitting me fine in the hips/rear and then being too loose in the waist.
