AWESOME!! (thanks for starting the thread!!) I finished L3D5 today and will be moving on to Level 4 tomorrow. I'm kind of afraid of what she is going to throw at us next! But looking forward to getting my butt kicked again!

Ouch! I might just be a big baby and I did get all 4 of mine out at once, it took me 2 weeks till i actually felt good enough to do more than just walking.

You beat me!!! I had a late start at work today and opted to do L3 D3 and finish it up with some Biggest Loser weight loss yoga. Wow what a great morning SWEAT! Anyways.... I bought burn fat boost metabolism and i am thinking that since that is more cardio once I finish ripped I will make sure to do that 5-6 days a week…

One thing I was tryign to do that helped a little but I dont know if its actually good or not I was kind of in the position you would be in when you sit down in pilates.. do you know what i'm talking about how you put one leg behind the other and lower yourself down? But i dont know if its good for your knees to come up…

Awesome plan! I didnt take any rest days during 30 day shred and my body was not happy with me afterwards so I have accepted rest as part of my life lol How is week 3 treating you?

One of my favorite things to make with sweet potatoes is sweet potato hash. I shred the potato with a grater and add some onions and turkey and I let it brown a lot- its yummy and pretty low cal.

I did a yoga dvd last night and i felt brand new in the morning. I love jillian and i get that she wants to keep her sessions short but definitely need extra stretching!

You definitely do! I am going back and forth between my 8 and 5s for Level 2. I have a feeling by Level 3 I will be back down to my 5s lol

I turned 30 in December and while the number isnt bugging me it has motivated me, I just ready to focus more on me and achieve everything I have been putting on the backburner. 30 is a great year!

I didnt find Level 1 very challenging either after 30DS. I used 5 lbs for 30 DS and am now using 8lbs for Ripped. I am going to keep trying to do extra cardio as well. The zumba ripped combination really made me remember how I am supposed to feel after an intense workout!

We are happy to have you here! The more the merrier! I am really loving the 3 strength moves instead of 2 as well. I finished up the 30 DS on Feb 8 and started Ripped on the 10th :)

Dont worry about starting late. we are all on different levels and happy to have you here!! unless you have a heart rate monitor everyone is logging it as circuit training.
