  • on a weird note i had my eyebrows threaded before i exercised and the sweat made them burn- now i really feel like every part on me is burning from this workout LOL

  • I would invest in 5s if I were you! I started with 5 and went up to 8 and that is a huge difference 3 to 8 has to be killer! But way to go!!!
  • If you husband sleeps in can you do it before he wakes up? then you will be energized the whole day! Once you find a time to fit it in, it will become routine and it'll be easier.

  • Way to go! (Are you doing 30DS or ripped?) I havent moved on from level one yet but I did move up from 5lb weights to 8lbs. and I am feeling the burn today!!!! One of my oh so many goals is to be able to complete the shred with 10lb weights!!! I feel crazy even saying that. LOL

  • I upgraded to 8 lb weights today. i doubt I'll be able to lift my arms tomorrow but my 5lbs was getting way to easy. I barely broke a sweat yesterday. today i am sweating buckets!!!

  • Today was a good day for me. I actually had energy after finishing and went for a walk instead of sitting on the couch :)

  • I did the 30 day shred once before and I didn't lose many pounds, but I lost a lot of inches. I'm not really sure how that works out. Hope someone can shed some light for you.
