Try the campbell's soup recipes. Some of them are really low in calories and they are really tasty too. (http://www.campbellskitchen.com) Also, just soup by itself is a low- cal meal or one of those salads in a bag that come with all the ingredients. Or a healthy choice frozen dinner.
