Emotions are my trigger, when i'm upset I eat...or ate...I tackled my problems (read as relationship) and that helped get my eating under control. Now my trigger to eat is nourishing my body!

Are you sure your scales are right? You wouldn't gain that much muscle in 1 day. Did you drink a lot of water? Maybe it's water weight, or your monthly cycle?

I share everything publicly on Facebook etc so that if i'm lazy one day I get people to give me a virtual kick and if I put on weight or stop losing everyone will know, likewise if i'm having a good day i'll tell everyone and they'll cheer me on, it's good being held accountable and also knowing people are behind you…

The only thing I can say is 'get back on again', I fell off the wagon over christmas and gained 7lbs and I have much more to lose than you, 99% of people on here will have done the same at some point in the journey, we are all human. Me too, but if I exercise my protein allowance increases, so try exercising more maybe? I know, not the most technical answer and it means you'll end up with a higher calorie allowance.

All you can do hun is give her all the information she needs to allow her to make an informed choice, if she doesn't want to read it, or she decides to ignore it, i'm afraid you have to accept it and respect her decision, it is her choice at the end of the day.

Would just like to add, when I want a treat I have an unsweetened, caffiene free capuccino, I don't have a caffiene addiction so can control my intake of this so it works for me, unlike sweets, once I get that sweet taste I want more...lesson? Choose a cheat food that isn't sweet or addictive to you!

I do some cardio to warm up and then some weights and then some cardio again at the end, the theory is that cardio drains your energy so you'll have no energy to lift weights if you do cardio first, that is the theory and my trainer agrees but I am not an expert by any means...
