Wow that is soo amazing, congratulations! I wish to one day be able to say that I too have lost this amount of weight! I think that it is so inspirational to be able to connect with other like minded people and share info and stories!

yes I agree. And I had a pretty decent amount of success with this years ago so I am trying again! I keep my carb intake at around 79-85 a day right now (net carbs) which has been helping me to drop some water weight. I also drink 10-14 glasses of water a day. Thank you so much for the info, it really helps!

I am also on a low carb low calorie diet, I love to make eggs any way and add protein, (sausage, turkey bacon, ham) I also like to have scrambled eggs in a low carb tortilla and add some salsa!
