I find that just logging my calories and exercise alone can lead to weight loss. 7 lbs and my jeans feel much better.

I ate out today also. Ordered the Grilled chicken instead of the grilled hamburger. Of course it came with onion rings which I think may be better than french fries. I do put everything on my food chart even when it is BAD. It helps (sometimes) to decide what you will order BEFORE going into the restaurant.

I never do. But that is the point if you are trying to loose weight. IMO. Be more toward the 1000 that the 1200 net calories.
