Thanks for the support everyone! I think my frustration level gets higher because I exercise a lot and feel like I should be losing since I'm running so much. Training for half marathon #15 now, running 20-25 miles a week and working out with a trainer twice a week. I don't think I'm under-eating, and I do get that not…

My go-to is the black bean quesadilla. Spread some black beans between two tortillas with some shredded cheddar and green onion, then toast on each side. Easy, filling, and delicious.

I'm totally getting a new driver's license with my new weight on it. The DAY I hit my goal weight.

Is that the Rock N Roll race in Vegas? I certainly hope they fix it. The issues from the 2011 race were horrible. They failed in every aspect- allowed too many racers, didn't seed people properly, then dropped the wave start after the first 10 corrals, so I ended up running shoulder to shoulder with 10,000 other people. It…

I'm 5'0" and stick to the 1200 for my main target, but I work out 6 days a week, so I normally allow myself up to 1400 on those days.

I never ever do 12 miles before a half. I run up to 10 miles, once or twice, and then I run the half. I have had bursitis in the hip as well, and the doc told me to take ibuprofen and stretch. I wouldn't worry about a long run this weekend. If you are already at 10/11 miles, then you will be fine for the half. I just…

Fancy cheeses on artisan crackers. Mmmm, heaven.

That's completely unacceptable. I don't know where you live, although I'm assuming outside of the US, but I have NEVER had an experience like that, and I run all the time and have run at a variety of sizes. I had a woman at stop light once roll down her window to cheer me on though! That was great. Maybe it's time to move?

I'm definitely a stress over eater. I wouldn't trust myself in that situation.

Oh, I hate it when I see that in someone's diary! It makes diary stalking much harder.

I've been using the Mirena for 7 years. It does have a small amount of progestin, but it is isolated in the uterus and is undetectable in the blood stream, so it shouldn't affect your weight loss or gain.

Wow! Fantastic!

I've been working with a personal trainer for about 5 months now. I work out with him twice a week. I am stronger and leaner. However, that has not made any change in my weight loss. If I eat right, I lose weight. If I don't, I don't lose weight, and that's pretty much regardless of how much I exercise. I enjoy working out…

I'm running my 12th half marathon in October, my 13th in November, and my 14th in January. I have sort of an addition, but mostly I've found if I'm not training for a race, then my running drops off. Good luck!

Suck it up. Just last weekend I ran in a 10K and I was 2nd to last. And that was with a decent time. I ran it in 1:10, which isn't bad. The person before me finished in less than an hour. So there were only two people that took over an hour to finish. My friend was dead last, she had the golf cart behind her the whole way.…

The only time dieting has made me constipated was many years ago when I stupidly tried to do the Atkins diet. The constipation was so bad that I was in physical pain. (Can we say too much cheese?) I find that a cup of strong coffee in the morning helps get me moving along in the right direction.

I could invest in Body Glide. I've been running for 5 years, and am constantly amazed at my body's ability to find new places to chafe in. I'm about to run in my 12th half marathon in a few weeks, and before the race I will slather myself in Body Glide.
