  • i am to doing the same. i havent been working out for about a month due to school and all but i went back to the gym today :) and I feel so good after.. I believe we can all do this TOGETHER... Good job on the 15 lbs... :)

  • oh wow that is so sad. my mother passed away due to complications of her taking phen phen back in the day. i promised her that i would not take any diet pills that was not USDA approved at all.. I did take the Ali pills but stopped.. i really wish i could of been there to tell those girls my moms story.. :(
