I second the Bagel Thins - they're great.

L2D1 completed. Holy. Moly.

Congrats! You look great. I'm starting Level 2 today and was kind of doubting myself after taking a quick peek at the exercises in it last night. Seeing your results is very motivational! :-)

Done with L1D9! One more day of L1 for me too then moving on this weekend.
-
Doing it this month and I really like it. Hopefully, moving onto Level 2 this weekend. I definitely feel more fit since I started it.

We have bagel Friday at work and it used to be in the break room which I could avoid because I only went in there to get water. Now, they've moved into the office area and of course it's right on the counter that I pass to get to my desk or go to the restroom. And, they've added other pastries and muffins to the…

L1D8 for me too. I did something to my right shoulder and it's killing me when I have to lift anything so I'm worried about getting through D9 tomorrow with weights. Hopefully, it feels better in the A.M.

Bump for later!

Always the first one finished at the table whether it's at home or out. I'm trying to be better about it by drinking water, pausing between bites, and chewing more. It is true though, you do feel fuller when you take it slow. I used to devour my lunch at work in less than 5 minutes but now I try to make it last at least 20…

After today, I'll be on Day 8, Level 1. There is a group for people that started this month if you want to take a look. We check-in, encourage each other, and post any questions/advice we have - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3634-shredding-through-the-month-of-march

Just Dance (1, 2, or 3) will definitely get you moving and it's a blast when you're playing with people. Can't even tell that you're getting exercise in. Some of the games within Wii Fit Plus are a nice workout too. They have hula hooping, step, running, etc. Enjoy!

Peanut butter! Growing up, my mom always put the jar in the refrigerator and I couldn't get it spread on bread to save my life. Finally got her to understand it didn't have to be refrigerated and moved it into the cupboard. Smooth sailing making my PBJ's after that. :-)

L1D7 done - my body feels so much stronger. I can't wait to weigh-in next week after TOM is over to get a more accurate number. I was thinking of looking into Ripped in 30 too. I'm up for it!

Way to go everyone!
-
I do too but I've learned to come to work better prepared so I always keep baby carrots, strawberries, bagel thins, etc available so that I'm not tempted to hit up the vending machine. Snacks are fine.
-
L1D5 complete. Finding all of it much easier although I could improve my push ups but I'll keep working on that. Congrats to those that are seeing improvements in their bodies. Very exciting!
-
Good for you for taking steps in the right direction today! Being proactive by packing your lunch and trying to avoid the vending machine is a great start. Once your day is over, hop in bed and rest up. You can do it. :-)

I would totally recommend you try it out. When I first joined the gym at work, I was terrified about taking classes (let alone with co-workers and people I know!) so I stuck to the equipment. Later on, I felt confident enough to try and now I LOVE them. It seems like the time passes by so much faster and I truly enjoy it.…

Decided not to take a break so L1D4 completed. Did the warmup and push-ups twice because my nieces called me in the middle of my first go around so started over and did it all the way through non-stop a second time. I still hate push ups.
-
Just finished L1D3. Still a butt kicker but it is getting easier. May take the day off tomorrow so I don't overdo it and burn myself out.
-
There is a group for people that started this month - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/3634-shredding-through-the-month-of-march I'm on Day 2/Level 1 - kicks my butt but I feel great after I complete it. Good luck to those that are starting!
-
D2/L1 complete! I. HATE. PUSH UPS. I did find it a bit easier this time around but I'll stick with L1 for a few more days at least. Happy weekend everyone!
-
I used to feel the same way but I decided I really needed to get it going activity-wise so I joined and at work no less! The thought of working out in front of co-workers and people I know terrified me but now I don't even give it a second thought. You can start out slow by walking on the treadmill and scouting out the…

Weight Watchers Dark Chocolate and Raspberry ice cream bars - only 80 cals each.

I only have 5lbs at home so had to use those but going to pick up some lighter ones this weekend. Good luck!
-
Made it through Day 1/Level 1. Whew. I almost put it off until tomorrow but thank goodness I didn't and started. Will definitely have to get some lighter weights. Overall, I actually kind of enjoyed it. May take a day off and try level 1 again this weekend.
