Wed - Stayed within my calorie limit, could've done better with my protein. Took a cardio sculpt class with stations for cardio & weights. Got a few push-ups in during class but not close to what was posted. Got in 8 glasses of water. Have a great day!

I usually go for fruits and veggies like strawberries, tangerines, bananas, baby carrots, etc. One of my favorite snacks is a Thomas Bagel Thin with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. Fills me up and tastes great.

Got my 10 cups of water in Made myself stay after work to do cardio so got my calories burned in Couldn't get all my veggies & fruits in - did get 2 veggies and 1 fruit in No crunches but will give the squats a go today Have an awesome day everyone!

Just Dance 1, 2, or 3 - I broke a sweat the few times I played it but it's so much fun. Wii Fit - lots of games within the game that will get you moving.

I boil a bunch of eggs on Sunday night and have a few each morning. Thomas Bagel Thins with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese If you have a microwave at work you can make instant oatmeal there. Greek yogurt - you can mix in your favorite fruits, nuts, etc. Hope this helps.

Good luck! I was nervous about going by myself when I first started too but since then I've realized I actually enjoy working out by myself more - it's me time. Plus, you'll see everyone is busy doing their own thing so people generally tune each other out.

You'll be okay. I had one of those days yesterday but I didn't beat myself up about it. Just promised myself to get back on track the next morning and it's been fine today (knock on wood!). Try keeping yourself busy and do eat if you have the calories. Best wishes!
